…viewing life through the cross…

As followers of Jesus, we covenant to nine practices:

Living out conversation by joining a cross group.  A cross group is a small group of 8-12 followers who meet together one hour a week to discuss the weekly scripture focus, fellowship, and pray.

Moving from conversation to connection at a cross table. A cross table is a group of two to four following households who share one meal a week in one another’s homes.

Living out connection with a cross partner. A cross partner is two to four followers of the same gender who talk once a week for accountability and counsel.

Moving from connection to communion at cross retreat. Cross retreats are quarterly weekend family get-aways for those interested in beginning the journey of following Jesus.

Living out communion through a crossview community. Crossview community is a weekly one hour time of worship through music, prayer, a sermon based on the weekly scripture focus, and the Lord’s Supper.

Moving from communion to cooperation at crossview university. Crossview university classes will meet on various weeknights and cover such topics as basics of the Christian faith, family life issues, and addiction recovery.

Living out cooperation with a cross team. Cross teams are small groups of followers with similar gifts and passions who work together in ministry.

Moving from cooperation to compassion at open window events. Open window events are quarterly intentional outreach opportunities.

Living out compassion through crosserve. Followers commit to four hours a month of volunteer work through an existing community service organization.
